The magical Grèste de la Mughéra Vertical Kilometer^® takes place at dusk on the shores of Lake Garda on a course lit by torchlight.

It starts lakeside and travels through the old town of Limone to climb through olive groves along a steep trail, through a wooded stretch which then follows the crest to the summit, topping out at 1,160m.

Two brief descents just before the finish are anything but relaxing. The town lights and torchlights reflected in the lake below offer a memorable view. The total distance is 3.7 km with 1,080m vertical climb.
